Family-run, hands-on and always here to help
Keith spent over 14 years in Technical Services at Vaux Brewery in Sunderland — and if you ever get him talking about drinks dispense, be prepared to be there a while (he genuinely loves it). He built up a serious depth of knowledge over those years, so when the brewery suddenly closed, it made sense to put it all to good use. Laws Dispense Services was born, starting out by helping craft beer importers get their products pouring properly on UK systems.
From there, the business just… grew. As these things do when you're doing something right.
The family team
It's now very much a family affair — Keith, Kelly, Alix and Gill keep things running day to day, with vital moral support provided by our two part-time office dogs, Alfie and Gino.
What we actually do
We only stock products we'd happily use ourselves, and everything we sell gets tested before it goes out the door. No shortcuts.
We also know that not everyone has the same setup or budget, so we carry a range of equipment — from premium to wallet-friendly — and we'll always be straight with you about what's actually worth your money.

Fun Facts
Gino has his own office chair and takes the role very seriously. Our workshop is also something of an accidental beer font museum — we've got around 100 dispensers spanning different eras, which tells you everything you need to know about how long we've been at this.
