Quick Delivery Overview
• Orders before 2pm dispatched the same working day
• Next working day delivery for most UK parcels
• Pallet deliveries: 2–3 working days
• Orders shipped via DPD or Royal Mail
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Working days are Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Delivery Services
We ship orders using DPD or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Important Delivery Information
- We do not deliver on bank holidays
- Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the following Monday
- If unavailable, the courier may leave a card or deliver to a neighbour
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed
- Delays caused by courier companies are outside our control
