Sankey (S Type) cleaning bottle cap for use with pressurised beer line cleaning bottles.

The cap provides the Sankey connection that allows an S Type keg coupler to connect to the cleaning bottle, so cleaning solution can be pushed through the beer dispense lines during line cleaning.

It includes a pressure relief valve (PRV) and is available either as the cap only or complete with a stem to suit 5 litre, 15 litre or 30 litre cleaning bottles.

Important – Sankey Coupler Compatibility

This cap is designed for use with Sankey (S Type) keg couplers. However, Sankey couplers from different manufacturers can vary slightly in their dimensions and manufacturing tolerances, which can affect the fit and seal between the coupler and cleaning bottle cap.

We have confirmed that Micro Matic and TecFlo Sankey couplers fit and seal correctly with this cap.

Other Sankey couplers may also fit, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all manufacturers, particularly lower-cost or non-standard couplers.

How It Is Used

The cap fits to a compatible pressurised cleaning bottle and provides the connection for your Sankey keg coupler.

During beer line cleaning, the coupler connects to the cleaning bottle in place of the beer keg. Cleaning solution can then be passed through the dispense system as part of the normal line-cleaning process.

Always follow the instructions supplied with your chosen beer line cleaning chemical and thoroughly rinse the dispense system with clean water after cleaning.
