John Guest NC869 Metric to Imperial Adaptor Tee, designed to create a 3/8" imperial branch connection from a 15mm metric pipe run.

The fitting has two 15mm push-fit connections through the main run with a 3/8" push-fit branch, making it useful where metric and imperial pipe sizes need to be incorporated within the same installation.
