30 Litre Keg Cooling Jacket
Keep a 30 litre beer, lager or cider keg cool when a traditional temperature-controlled cellar isn't available.
This insulated 30L keg cooling jacket wraps around the keg and uses chilled water circulated through integrated cooling pipework to help maintain the keg temperature. It's a practical solution for home bars, mobile bars, events, festivals and temporary dispense installations.
The jacket is fitted with a 3/8" John Guest male connection and can be connected to a suitable chilled-water recirculation system, such as a flash/shelf cooler or a remote cooler/python system. Alternative fittings may be required depending on your setup.
Please note: This is not an electrically powered cooling jacket. Chilled water must be circulated through the jacket from a suitable cooling system.

How Does a Keg Cooling Jacket Work?
Chilled water from a suitable cooler is circulated through the pipework built into the jacket. This helps remove heat from around the keg and maintain a more consistent keg temperature during dispense.
The jacket does not cool the keg by itself, so a suitable cooler with a chilled-water recirculation supply is required.
What Do I Need to Connect It?
The cooling jacket is supplied with a 3/8" John Guest male connection.
The exact fittings required will depend on the cooler or recirculation system you are connecting it to. If you're unsure what you need, please contact us before ordering and we can help identify the appropriate fittings for your setup.
When connecting cooling jackets to a shelf/flash cooler, we recommend a maximum of two jackets per cooler.
Condensation
As the jacket and keg are being kept cold, condensation may form on the outside of the jacket and around the base of the keg, particularly in warmer environments.
We recommend placing the keg and cooling jacket in a suitable drip tray or container to collect any condensation and help protect the surrounding floor or surface.

Yes. It can be connected to a suitable shelf/flash cooler with a recirculation pump. We recommend using a maximum of two cooling jackets from one shelf cooler.

No. This cooling jacket is designed for 30 litre kegs. We also stock a larger 50 litre keg cooling jacket for 50 litre kegs.
