Important Installation Note

The diaphragm valve is sometimes referred to within the industry as the "tap nipple" due to its shape.

When replacing the diaphragm valve, it is important to keep the top section of the tap assembled and under control during disassembly. If the top of the tap is allowed to come apart completely, the internal components can separate, making reassembly more difficult.

We recommend working carefully and replacing the diaphragm valve without fully dismantling the top assembly wherever possible.
