Threaded Cam Adaptor for Elegance Taps

This threaded cam adaptor allows you to convert your Elegance beer tap to accept 3/8" BSW threaded tap handles, making it easy to swap between different beer badges, craft branding or personalised handles.

Compatibility

Please check the thread specification of your tap handle before ordering.

Please note: 3/8" BSW and 3/8" UNC both use 16 threads per inch and are very similar, but they have different thread profiles. A 3/8" UNC handle may fit, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

This adaptor is not universal and will not fit all tap types or threaded tap handles.

Fixing screw pin is not included — this should already be present in your existing Elegance tap.

Installation

To install, remove the screw pin from your existing Elegance tap and insert the adaptor in its place. Once fitted, screw your compatible 3/8" BSW threaded tap handle onto the adaptor.

Will this fit any beer tap?
No. This adaptor is specifically designed for Elegance taps only.

What thread does the adaptor have?
The tap handle connection is 3/8" BSW (16 TPI).

Will a 3/8" UNC tap handle fit?
3/8" UNC has the same 16 TPI thread pitch as 3/8" BSW, so the two are very similar. However, the thread profiles are different, so we cannot guarantee that a 3/8" UNC handle will fit correctly.

What does this adaptor do?
It allows a compatible threaded tap handle to be fitted to an Elegance tap that wouldn't otherwise accept one.

Does it come with the fixing screw?
No. The screw pin should already be part of your existing tap.
